I don't have a CPU cooler on the chip (I wanted to make sure the system posted before putting any kind of thermal compound on the CPU in case I had to remove it for whatever reason), but I tried to boot the system with the stock CPU cooler plugged in to it's fan header (cooler fan spins up, but then shuts down like the rest of the fans) and it still didn't post. Here's a video of me starting the system up, in case I didn't describe it well enough The system has power and all the case fans and graphics card fans spin up when the system is powered on, but the Memory LED, the CPU LED and the boot device LED all flash red and then the fans turn off. Put together a new system, but when I started it up it failed to post.
